Project Description

This project, located in the Buckeye neighborhood of Cleveland involved the complete restoration of a historic building, utilizing Historic Tax Credits and a Façade Easement, with the construction of a new addition. The building was renovated for use by a single commercial tenant who employs more than 100 people in the provision of social and family services to the community.

TESCO Role

TESCO was the General Contractor of this project and has been responsible for providing all pre-construction pricing and design coordination. TESCO has worked closely with the owner and architect to assist in the design and layout of the project, including the construction of a new addition to the back of the building. As a requirement of the Historic Tax Credit financing for the project, TESCO has provided a complete restoration of the building and met all U.S. Department of Interior requirements for historic preservation.
