Project Description

Design/Build/Program management services for owner/user of office building.  Project involved adaptive reuse of former warehouse facility to loft style office use.

TESCO Role

TESCO worked as an integral part of the owner’s facilities team in the design, budgeting, and construction of office space within an existing warehouse building.  TESCO maintained its relationship over a multi-year period as the owner’s staffing and space needs increased.  All work was produced within owner’s budget guidelines, and delivered within a narrowly specified timeline.
