The Kresge building renovation project involved the purchase and redevelopment of the historic Kresge Building for use as the offices and training location for Neighborhood Housing Services of Cleveland.
TESCO worked up front with the owner prior to acquisition to provide preliminary costs, scope of work requirements and project timeline. TESCO provided all design/build services for complete renovations of this space. Additionally, TESCO developed specifications and performed work in compliance with the City of Cleveland Storefront Renovation Program. TESCO also coordinated the specification, purchase and installation of the owners telephone, IT and fixtures/furnishings requirements.
