The Heil Block restoration project involved a full exterior building renovation under the City of Cleveland’s Storefront Renovation Program, as well as custom interior tenant build-outs for the City Buddha retail store and the Garage Bar interior and exterior patio/pavilion. Work included extensive carpentry, structural, mechanical, masonry, and finishes installation.
TESCO performed Design/Build services for all aspects of the owner’s building redevelopment initiative.
