The Gabriel's Green project involved construction of 36 cluster homes for independent seniors ages 55 and up and 10 scattered-site single-family homes.
TESCO was the General Contractor for the project, responsible for all aspects of construction. TESCO was also responsible for meeting the requirements of various government agencies that are a condition of the funding sources, including local area resident participation and Minority and Female business owned subcontractors (MBE/FBE). Additionally, TESCO worked with the project development team to complete all pre-development activities and coordinate the overall project development/leasing plan. This project was completed in a six-month timeline.
