Project Description

The Franklin Homes project is located adjacent to the historic Franklin Boulevard Historic District and consists of 8 new, modern town homes and one uniquely renovated coach house. The project is located in an exciting part of the Detroit-Shoreway neighborhood of Cleveland and is near several other new housing projects, including the Franklin Lofts project, Eco Village Town homes and Bridge Avenue Town homes.

 
TESCO Role

TESCO is the developer and builder of this project and has performed all pre-development work to-date, including: site acquisition, engineering, unit designs and site plan, infrastructure financing and coordination, and all prerequisite studies necessary to facilitate the project. Additionally, TESCO was responsible for financing the project, developing the Homeowner Association documents, meeting all pre-sale requirements, working with PURE to market the units, and coordinating all buyer upgrades and custom finishes. The project was completed in 2005.
