Erie Square Apartments is an existing HUD low-income multi-family complex. This project involved extensive mechanical system upgrades, kitchen & bath replacements, elevator renovation, replacement of the roof, windows and major interior/exterior repairs. Additionally, a second phase was added which included demolition of the existing lobby & construction of a new computer learning center, management office, community room and lobby. A completed site redevelopment was performed on the front elevation, including utilities, pavement, landscaping and site furnishings.
TESCO functioned as an integral part of the owner’s project team and was responsible for the preliminary building analysis, project budget development, project scope and technical specification, tenant relocation plan and related requirements, construction management and labor force compliance.
