East Cleveland Homes consisted of 39 units of scattered site single-family homes located throughout the City of East Cleveland. TESCO was the contract builder for 14 of the units.
TESCO worked for one year prior to the construction of the project with the development team to develop and refine project design requirements, perform site analysis, pre-construction budgeting, develop materials and construction standards and production timelines. TESCO also worked extensively on labor force development plans and met all mandated project goals, including completion timeframe, compliance, and financing.
