Cleveland New Construction III (CNC III) involved the construction of 31 new homes on scattered sites throughout the Hough neighborhood of Cleveland. The project requirements included the hiring of neighborhood residents for 25% of the project construction labor hours as well as aggressive MBE/FBE labor force goals.
TESCO worked for two years prior to the construction of the project with the development team to develop and refine project design requirements, perform site analysis, pre-construction budgeting, develop materials and construction standards and production timelines. TESCO also worked extensively on labor force development plans and met all mandated project goals including completion timeframe, compliance, financing.
