The Cliffview Redevelopment Project is a three phase project consisting of 99 for-sale homes in the South Collinwood area of Cleveland near the Euclid and Cleveland Heights border. Phase 1, Hurston Court, model units are open for viewing, and Phase 1 construction is well underway. Phase 2 is scheduled to begin in the Fall of 2006, and Phase 3 in 2007-2008. All units will be built along newly-constructed roads and will offer secluded, wooded yards, some with a view of Lake Erie.
TESCO, the developer and builder of this project, has been responsible for all pre-development work to date, including: site acquisition, engineering, unit designs and site plan, infrastructure, financing, coordination and all prerequisite studies necessary to facilitate the project. TESCO has taken on the difficult task of consolidating the Phase 3 site, which includes the acquisition, tenant relocation and demolition of three multi-family buildings. TESCO will act as the builder and co-developer for all phases of the project.
