Buyer Information
Financing
Bank Contacts
As a builder with a
long tradition of building single family
homes, Tesco has established
relationships with several
banks to recommend to you. Contact the
Tesco Showroom
at 216-812-3500 to start your financing process today.
Tax Abatements
All Tesco projects offer tax abatements or a period of
time
during which taxes on the unimproved value of the
land are not accrued
or owed. The tax abatement period
for new
construction is fifteen years and ten years for
rehab work.
Low Interest Loans
& Pre-Approval
Many banks put
forth low-interest loans in conjunction with
pre-approval commitment so
you know how much you have
available to spend before you begin building.
Grants
Take
advantage of grant opportunities that exist in your
neighborhood.
Many neighborhood development groups
offer grants to new builders either
for scattered-site
homes or as part of a development like
Cliffview.
Second Mortgage Money
If you are building in Cleveland, the city may offer
second mortgage money to help finance homebuyers.
Talk to a Tesco representative to find out if you
are
eligible.
Lot Selection
Choose one of our lots
Tesco
currently has lots in all the Cleveland
neighborhoods. Let's discuss
how building on a Tesco lot
can help you!
Build on your own
lot
Allow us to help you make the necessary arrangements to
build
on your land. Tesco offers an extensive background
in lot
consolidations and splits as well as familiarity with
Land Bank properties
to expand your existing lot.
Home Design
Current home models
Tesco
has experience building homes from 1100 square
feet to over 3500 square
feet and so we have a library of
floor plans for you to browse and be captivated
by.
Revise a current
model
If you've found a
model perfect for you except for that "one
little thing", Tesco
will work with you and the architect to fit
your dream.
Work
with an architect
Choosing to work with an architect allows you build a
home
unique to your tastes and needs. Your home can be
an outlet
for creativity inside & out.
