The project involved the complete gut/restoration of a former Millionaire’s Row Mansion and related property in keeping with the U.S. Department of Interior’s Historic Preservation Standards. Extensive masonry restoration, historic window replacement, and custom carpentry work was performed on the exterior. Interior work included custom plaster/millwork and finishes restoration, elevator addition, full mechanical and electrical upgrades, as well as extensive interior finishes and custom decorating.
TESCO was lead contractor and technical resource for this high-end adaptive reuse project. Our expertise was utilized to transform this extremely deteriorated property into and award-winning example of adaptive reuse/preservation at its best! TESCO’s role was critical in planning, budgeting, design, problem solving and full construction services.
